Eligibility for Refunds Condition of Artwork

1. Condition of Artwork

  • Refunds are only eligible for artworks that are returned in their original condition, without any damage or alterations. 
  • The artwork must be returned with all original packaging materials and documentation. 

2. Timeframe

  • You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving the artwork. 
  • The returned artwork must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the refund request approval. 

Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at arttrendzshop@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the refund request. 
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. 

2. Approval and Return Instructions

If your refund request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the artwork. 

Please ensure the artwork is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or error on our part. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

4. Inspection and Refund Issuance

  • Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 

Non-Refundable Items 

  • Custom or commissioned artworks 
  • Artworks marked as final sale or non-returnable 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an artwork that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at arttrendzshop@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
